New Research Study Concludes Iridoid Rich Food Linked to A Reduction of A.G.E. Levels

This new study from data from almost 4,000 people has been published recently in the International Journal of Food Science. Increased AGE (Advance Glycation End-Products) levels have been linked to several adverse health conditions and contribute to the aging process.
